The Airport Land Development Zone (ALDZ) Program

The Airport Land Development Zone (ALDZ) Program was established to encourage and promote the creation of new jobs on land and buildings owned by airports within this Commonwealth. The purpose of ALDZ is to generate new economic abilities and revenue sources for airports. New jobs can be created through the utilization of undeveloped land and/or vacant buildings owned by airports, with a $2100 tax-credit per net new job created.
